ABOUT
I’m a research consultant with a background in psychology.
For more than 25 years, I’ve lived and worked across Europe and the Americas. This long-term cross-cultural immersion informs how I navigate complexity without reducing it.
I don’t rely solely on verbal responses. They can sound coherent and persuasive, yet remain disconnected from lived experience. I work beyond that surface layer.
I pay attention to felt experience, contextual influence and motivations that are lived and shape behaviour.
My approach integrates embodied attention, exploratory processes and expressive techniques that surface what moves people before they can put it into words.
AN APPLIED FRAMEWORK
Design Embodiment
Design Embodiment is a method I have developed through sustained research and applied work across different cultural contexts.
I structured it to support qualitative inquiry in situations where clarity can arrive too quickly through rational interpretation, and where non-verbal dynamics risk being overlooked.
It widens the field of attention. It integrates embodied awareness and expressive exploration into research, not as an add-on, but as part of how inquiry unfolds.
Working at this level helps prevent premature closure and strengthens the grounding of decisions.
Design Embodiment draws from cognitive science, anthropology, and my long-term engagement with embodied and expressive arts practice.
It does not replace analytical thinking. It works alongside it.

Research & Consulting
I work with design research and insights teams when a project feels clear on the surface but something underneath does not quite hold.
Often, what limits progress is not a lack of ideas, but the way a situation has been framed from the start.
My role is to look closely at the assumptions in play, the cultural positioning, the blind spots, the interpretations that quietly shape direction.
When these are made visible, decisions tend to become steadier and more grounded.

As an independent research consultant, I collaborate with global organisations including Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Adidas, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Microsoft, Nintendo, KIA and Pixar, often in partnership with agencies and research teams.
These projects span FMCG, IT and Telecommunications, Kids & Teens research, Automotive and Healthcare.
